Went into office on Jan 2 talked with Kimberly to make a maintenance request. Asked for a call before they come no one came. On mon the 9th talked with same person she put in request this time no one called they just showed and they only looked at 1 of 3 issues.so today went again and manager in charge was there she said 230 pm someone would come if they won't she will call me off course no one came and I never got a call I've been without a working dryer for 10 days
I've been here close to a year now, and I can say that it has been a pleasure living here. It is quiet and safe. I love my apartment and the neighbors are friendly. Quick mentions: Karina, the office manager, has been extremely pleasant, helpful and gets maintenance requests taken care of promptly. Ciro, the maintenance manager, is the nicest guy. He is efficient, and anything he fixed upon move in or thereafter was fixed correctly. Angel, in maintenance, is fantastic as well and a great guy!! Staff makes or breaks a business, and employees here are top notch! Thanks all!!!
Good neighborhood but they new office staff isn't as good as the last. Whats kind of weird is they like to talk down to their tenants when certain matters are discussed instead of explaining things 🤔 which you know, who likes that? Maintenance response time is pretty damn good and they do a good job for the most part.. They are able to respond quickly because you request repairs thru the online portal which they have access to. If I needed to call the office I'd have to drive to the office to make requests, why? This is my absolute personal favorite.. They never ever ever answer their phone at the office, EVER... You physically have to go to the office to speak with them. Call me a liar- go ahead give it a try..
Rude staff that jump to conclusions. I was sent an email stating that I had an apartment at Seven Hills. However, when I arrived (from CA) I was told that my income did not count as they believed it was on a commission base, when clearly stated otherwise and by hour on my documents .
Don't bother speaking to tbe financial woman. She likes to talk over you or down to you. Steer clear of this staff.
Ms Kimberly was amazing! She was very informative, honest, caring, helpful, personable, and she went above & beyond for my family & I during the application process. If I could give her more stars I would
Karina is great. She helped me move in early and was very genuine and caring through out the whole move in process. The complex is so beautiful, views are amazing and it is also very quiet and peaceful, all the people I have met were very friendly also.I love it!
